1. Acceptance

By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Epik Apps Dev provides IT consulting, software development, website creation, branding, and ICT training. Details are agreed upon before each project.

3. Pricing

Prices displayed are indicative. A customized quote is provided after discussion. All prices are in CFA Francs (XOF) unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment

• 50% deposit before the project begins.
• 50% balance due upon delivery.
• 3-stage payment available for larger projects.
• Accepted: bank transfer, Orange Money, Wave, MTN MoMo, cash.

5. Delivery

Timelines are estimates and depend on project complexity and client responsiveness.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of source code and deliverables. Epik Apps Dev reserves the right to use the project in its portfolio.

7. Support

Each package includes 1–3 months of free support. Beyond that: 60,000 FCFA/month.

8. Cancellation

If the client cancels after the project begins, the deposit is non-refundable.

9. Liability

Epik Apps Dev shall not be liable for data loss or indirect damages. We recommend regular backups.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Abidjan.
